Greetings to residents of Luceti. My name is Phil Coulson. I have recently arrived here, and was wondering if anyone could answer my questions.

1. What do the wings do?
2. Where is Luceti?
3. Are there places the newly arrived may stay?
4. Where may I procure a sewing kit? Or new Clothes?
5. Anyone know good ways of getting blood out of clothing?
6. Is there anyone here who knows of SHIELD, The Avengers Initiative, or knows me?

Yuri Nakamura! Yuri or Yurippe though. If you call me Nakamura or any form there of, I will come after you when you least expect it. [ He's got that kind of feeling about him where he's too professional to use anything but last names, but Yuri doesn't do that, even if it's a cultural thing in Japan. ] Can I call you Phil? [ At least she asks. ]

4a. I wouldn't say that. If you die you'll come back, so that's something most of the living people didn't get before.
5. I wear the same uniform everyone else does, don't worry.
