Greetings to residents of Luceti. My name is Phil Coulson. I have recently arrived here, and was wondering if anyone could answer my questions.

1. What do the wings do?
2. Where is Luceti?
3. Are there places the newly arrived may stay?
4. Where may I procure a sewing kit? Or new Clothes?
5. Anyone know good ways of getting blood out of clothing?
6. Is there anyone here who knows of SHIELD, The Avengers Initiative, or knows me?

Yes, I am an Agent of SHIELD, Agent Phil Coulson. I'm afraid I do not recognize you, but I understand there are different worlds with different versions of SHIELD and the Avengers Initiative existing. May I ask your name?

Have you ever heard of the Young Avengers?

Afraid not. The Avengers Initiative itself is very new where I am from. Any sub-initiatives have not been proposed yet.

The Young Avengers are kind of a teenage Avengers subdivision. My name is Billy Kaplan, and I'm in that group.

[Coulson frowns, not particularly thrilled about the news.]

I see. Are you a fairly active group?

[Coulson's not the biggest fan of sending teenagers into dangerous situations.]

[Oh boy, he's about to get put through the ringer again, isn't he? He already got that from Cap.]

Active enough. We're still pretty new, so we don't have as much field time. We're mostly independent though.

[Quite possibly.]

...Please tell me you have training and that you joined of your own free will?

[Because if they had not, and they did not, Coulson was going to become quietly furious.]

Also, by independent, I assume you are not reliant on the Avengers or on SHIELD?

[If they were ever reliant on SHIELD. There is always a chance they weren't.]

Don't worry, no one forced us into it. And we trained before doing any actual heroics, yeah.

[He'll just. Not mention that for a while it was just four kids hooking up near Central Park and screwing around with their powers until they figured them out.]

And the second bit's true, too-- our group got together without their involvement or support.

[Best not to mention that detail, yeah. Though Coulson has suspicions, especially since you didn't form thanks to SHIELD.]

Alright. Well, I can't say I am thrilled. However, since you made your own choices, and managed create your group independently all I can say is well done.

[It really is. Even if the idea of teenagers fighting what the Avengers were created to fight makes him slightly anxious.]

Can I ask who is in the Avengers that you know? To compare our worlds.

Yes. The lineup should be Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, the Hulk Black Widow and Hawkeye.

What about your world's Avengers?

[Wow, that's... tiny, in comparison. And not even the correct line-up. Sounds like Tony and Cap's world, then.]

Really, really different. The Avengers have been active for decades, longer than I've even been alive. There's been well over a hundred members coming and going over the years.

That's quite impressive.

What do they do when they are not Avengers?

[This is more pondering than outright question, but maybe Billy knows.]

Save the world solo, generally. There's more super hero teams than just the Avengers these days.

...Save the world. As in, the world has almost ended more than once?

[Because that's what that sounds like.]

More Super hero teams are good. Less strain on the groups that way. Do they get along?

Let's just say the world tends to need a lot of saving. But yeah, most of the teams avoid fighting, even if they don't always like each other.

Not the most comfortable thought.

That's good. Groups of hero's fighting would not be good. It'd be especially disquieting for civilians.
